Algorithm

Algorithm is a magazine cover for a social media company that talks about the social media apps that thrive in today's world and what their future may look like for each one. The three main apps that are talked about in this magazine are TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. TikTok remains one of the biggest social media apps, even with bans being thrown around, but still thrives within the social media space. Instagram is still a top three social media app, even though the meaning of what Instagram used to be, but it still is a great app to contact friends and post the highlights of your day. Twitter is also another app that has changed over time but is still greatly used by all, whether you are trying to get recruited for a sport or voice your opinion on certain subjects.

WHY US?

WHY US? is a project that stemmed from the artist Hank Willis Thomas who is an African American man who makes tons of artwork related to the struggles and underlying issues within the black community. So, I decided to make a children's book cover that relates to Hank and how young African American artist can be more than what they dream of and should shoot for the stars when working with art since it's so subjective. Also, I think it's important that young African Americans learn about African American artists work and history too not just the common knowledge about what they went through but what art did for them because it gave them another way to express themselves.

The gym workouts vary from weight to weight because depending on your weight class you should be lifting heavy, light or in between. Meal prep is a big part in your weight gain journey that can make or break your progress and for each weight class there are different option to keep you from eating the same thing each and every week to month. Water intake is very important, and this section will keep you in check with how much you need to drink and if you're under or over the correct amount.

Therapy 2.0

The album cover is created for young adults struggling with self-confidence and identity, featuring a new Rod Wave album. As an artist, Rod Wave produces music that listeners can relate to, ensuring that everyone can find a song or lyric that speaks to them.

Why Rod Wave?

After hearing his first hit single heart on ice it made me want to hear more of his work and see if he is a consistent artist. As time went on, he becomes one of the only artists to have his albums go platinum in four consecutive years, and while he isn't focused on his competition he is actually focused on dropping quality or quantity.

Find A Way Out

This book cover was the final product of me taking inspirations from some of my favorite horror book series like goosebumps and looking at my favorite ones out of the series. This project is one of my favorites because it was made from 5 images that described the word horror according to me.

Why Horror?

After fearing so much horror movies and things as a kid, I started watching and loving everything horror and this led me to creating a books cover series that relates to some of the books and movies I used to watch. I also like adventure and mystery, but horror is a genre that gets a lot of criticism because the outcome is usually the same with a hero winning and defeating the villain/bad guy.
